YOUTH VOTE / VOTING IN GENERAL

1. 1. Help any 16-year-olds you know to register to vote – yes, it’s legal in Maryland!
   2. Collaborate with your local community college for a student voter registration drive
   3. Environmental Voter project
   4. Vote Forward – write letters to voters in swing states or states with controversial ballot measures
   5. Partner with local organizations: LWV, NOW, Democratic/Republican Women’s clubs

WOMEN’S HEALTH EQUITY

1. 1. Provide 4th-trimester support kits such as a Butterfly Box, a gift of self-care for a new mother
   2. Support midwife organizations in your jurisdiction
   3. Follow up with federal reps regarding the Women’s Health Protection Act – submitted in 2021 – not voted on yet.
   4. Letters to the editor on any of these topics, especially if a local project worked out well!
